Knowledge resources and the effective management of human capital is becoming a key concern for organizations nowadays. Management of Learning challenges you to think about learning in an international business environment and to find effective, long-lasting, and potentially far-reaching solutions. It is a multi-disciplinary program, which combines elements from economics, business, human resource management, and learning sciences.
The master’s program in Management of Learning is a 1-year, full-time program, entirely taught in English. Graduates will receive a master’s in Management of Learning.

Our expert teaching staff is supported by carefully selected guest lecturers from international companies, such as DSM, Philips and ABN AMRO. In the second semester, students will analyze and propose solutions to a human resource development (HRD) problem of real-life companies.
